Part 1: The Game

Q1. How did you discover this game?
theoryNpractice: Oh, I discovered the game from my old friend.

Q2. How long have you been playing The Sims Series?
theoryNpractice: My first game was The Sims 2. I have been plaiyng the sims since 2006

Q3. What's your favorite Sims Series? And why?
theoryNpractice:Hm… I can’t choose the game. I’ve been playing The Sims 2 for a long time. This is my childhood heh! But gameplay of The Sims 3 is mush better than gameplay of the 2nd series.

Q4. What are your favorite expansion packs? (among The Sims, The Sims 2, and The Sims 3) And why?
theoryNpractice: I bloody love The Sims 2 Seasons! I think The Sims 3 Seasons will be my one of the favorite EP. But now I can call the best EP from the 3rd series - it’s “Late night”. Bridgeport is awesome town! I like vampires and that explains everything

Q5. What do you find fascinating about this game?
theoryNpractice: In general I don’t like video games. Shooters and action games are not for me. I like calm and live simulators like the sims.

Q6. If you were to create a new expansion pack, what would it be?
theoryNpractice: I hear an idea about The Sims 3: Time Machine. It would be amazing and interesting!I would like an EP such as The Sims: Castway stories.

Part 2: Editing

Q7. How long does it take approximately to edit your Sims pictures?
theoryNpractice: It all depends on the type of work. If I create Sim Art It takes me about 2-3 hours. If I only retouch a screenshot It takes me about half an hour.

Q8. How do you think up your themes?
theoryNpractice: It depends on my inspiration! Some stuff inspires me. For example: musiс, people, books, tv shows, nature, fashion and ect. I put all my feels in my works.

Q9. Does it add a special touch when your sims pictures are edited/retouched with a software?
How would they look like if they were raw?
theoryNpractice: I think my original screens are not so bad. 8D Maybe some of them are not very bright. Sometimes I edit small details with the Liquify tool.
The main thing is focus. Blur tool and render tool help to achieve the desired effect.


Q10. What advice can you give to help people in taking sims pictures?
theoryNpractice: Explore Photoshop lol. I think other photo editors are useless.
